LGBTQ+ Awareness is essential for creating inclusive environments that respect and support individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of LGBTQ+ identities, the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, and practical strategies for creating a more inclusive and supportive community.

Our LGBTQ+ Awareness training is led by experienced educators and advocates specialising in diversity and inclusion. Participants will learn about the spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities, as well as the historical and social context of LGBTQ+ rights and issues.

The course includes interactive learning opportunities, such as discussions, case studies, and role-playing scenarios, allowing participants to engage with the material actively. This hands-on approach encourages understanding of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, including discrimination, mental health issues, and the importance of allyship.

This training suits educators, healthcare providers, employers, and anyone interested in promoting equality and inclusion for LGBTQ+ individuals. The curriculum is designed to meet diverse needs, ensuring that all participants leave with practical tools and strategies to support LGBTQ+ individuals and foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and respect.
